Activated charcoal in a porcelain filter.

Our filter is a porcelain cone that fits neatly into your coffee carafe. Drop in the sachet of activated charcoal, pour the tap water through, and enjoy purified water. Change out the sachet after one month.

No plastic housing. No plastic waste. No plastic.

We invented the porcelain water filter because we were unhappy with plastic pitchers and the dense, plastic filters that hold the filtering media. Each month we would throw away a heavy, unrecyclable plastic filter housing full of nothing but charcoal. How many of these filters lay in landfills or at the bottom of our waterways? That plastic simply contained the activated charcoal that’s used to purify tap water. So we invented a system for plastic-free, simple water purification. Now the only thing we discard is a biodegradable pouch of activated charcoal, which lives happily in our backyard compost.
